We are a non-circulating library, meaning our materials do not check-out. They are available for use inside of the library only. We do have a collection of self-study MCLE materials that can be checked out by attorneys and judges.

Yes, we have free wireless access at all of our locations. The Main Library and Indio Branch have password protected wireless access, passwords can be requested at the information desk.

Law library staff can assist you in locating forms, but cannot select forms for you. If you know the form name or number we can assist you in locating them. If you do not know the form name or number we can direct you to the resources relating to your legal topic that may help you determine what you may need.
Law library staff is unable to assist in the preparation of court documents/forms. We cannot provide legal advice. However, we have resources that we direct you to that may help you prepare your documents/forms.
Yes, we receive some tax forms that are available for the public to take every year during tax season. We also have master forms for previous years as well as can provide access to www.irs.gov where the forms are also located.
No, the Riverside Superior Court's Self-Help Center is located in the same building as our Main Library on the second floor. Their entrance is on 10th Street where you can find an elevator to take you to the second floor. The library's entrance is on Lemon Street. We do not have public access to the second floor through the library.
