Temecula - Probate Pro Se Clinic

Come to our probate clinic for pro se litigants and ask questions to a volunteer attorney during brief 20 minute sessions! This program is open to self-represented litigants in need of additional general legal guidance. Held every 3rd Tuesday of the month between 10:15AM - 1:00PM.

Appointments are preferred, and walk-ins are welcome depending on the volunteer attorney's availability. Contact us via email or phone call to sign up. Note that the February 17th clinic will be consolidated with the Lawyers in the Library event hosted here in Temecula.

*Note that information given and topics discussed with the attorney do not create an attorney-client relationship. A signed disclosure agreement is required to participate. Litigants currently working with an attorney on their probate related matter are not eligible to participate due to potential conflicts of interest.
